Lugano, Switzerland — 2025 — The International Self-Defense Federation (ISDF) hosted a successful International Self-Defence Event in Lugano, Switzerland, drawing approximately 140 participants from diverse backgrounds including students, instructors, and safety professionals. The seminar was presented by Dr. Iman Amirmohammadi, President and Founder of ISDF, and focused on practical, ethical, and globally accessible approaches to personal protection.

The event delivered an intensive training program emphasizing situational awareness, prevention strategies, effective self-defence techniques, and psychological readiness under stress. Participants engaged in guided drills and scenario-based learning designed to increase confidence, safety decision-making, and responsible response skills.

“Self-defence is not about aggression — it is about awareness, dignity, and intelligent action,” said Dr. Iman Amirmohammadi, highlighting ISDF’s core philosophy of combining technical skill with ethical responsibility.

The Lugano seminar reflects ISDF’s ongoing international mission to provide certified self-defence education for civilians, students, schools, universities, and professional sectors worldwide.
